"Spares on WEB" Product information and input assistance for drives spare parts information

 

To access the spare parts information for converters in "Spares on WEB" (SoW) you must enter the order number (MLFB) and serial number of the converter, to get the order related shipment configuration.

By entering the complete order number (MLFB) and serial number or just the complete order number as described in the following input aid, you will receive information about available spare parts, as fas as the information is provided by partner systems.

Without serial number the search is called "Presales" (product is not yet produced/delivered, no serial number is available yet) - with serial number the search is called "Aftersales" (product is already delivered, serial number is available).

You can find a more detailed description regarding MLFB and serial number below. If a product is already delivered, please choose always the aftersales search. You can also find a description of different name plates below.

Examples for preasales searches:

For Presales search two possibilities are existing:

 

a) Search only with MLFB/Order Nr. without options

b) Search with MLFB/Order Nr. with option direct entry

Example for an aftersales search:

 

For converter with option X30 there can be a variation between Presales and Aftersales search, because this option can have a significant impact on the configuration of the product.

SoW shows usually the delivery status for converters, in term of differences the explanatory notes are found in the input assistance below.

Information, whether concerned spare parts can be delivered (e.g. depending on availability or repair concept), can be found by using Product Master Data (PMD).

In addition you can start a SoW Presales search by using a direct link (incl. selected options).

Either by entering MLFB (1P) and serial number (S) or by entering the DYNAVERT TYPE -identifier and serial number (S).

Input assistance for SINAMICS PERFECT HARMONY GH180 converter produced in New Kensington

 
A SoW search for SINAMICS PERFECT HARMONY GH180 converter from Pittsburgh can be done via aftersales search by entering material number as order number (system P/N) and serial number (S/N).

Please consider, to enter prefix "US2:" with serial number. Do not enter blank characters.

 

 
For cases when the material number (A5E* / A1A*) is not mentioned on the nameplate, but a MLFB-number is mentioned, this MLFB-number can be used for order number.

For some PERFECT HARMONY drives from New Kensington in SAP customer order and/or on the name plate the “System P/N” is mentioned with short material number “M6SR4” or “M6SR3E”, not with A5E-number. As a result the SoW request must be made e.g. with “US: M6SR3E” as “Order Nr.” and “PTVFD…” as “Serialnumber S/N”.

Additional information for SINAMICS LV/MV

 
For some old versions of SINAMICS LV with Control Interface Board (CIB) (e.g. SINAMICS S120 Liquid Cooled Modul 6SL3325-1TE41-0AA0) you can only make an aftersales query (with serial number), because these SINAMICS LV drives are only available in a new version that is built with Control Interface Modul (CIM) / Individual Powerstack Data (IPD).

You can proceed as normal with the new version and make a presales and aftersales search (e.g. 6SL3325-1TE41-0AA3).

Regarding the MLFB can distinguished between cabinet unit and chassis modules:

  • Cabinet units:       low voltage 6SL37xx / medium voltage 6SL38xx

  • Chassis modules:   6SL33xx (for low voltage)

If you enter the MLFB of a cabinet unit and push the "Search" Button you will receive all existing options. Then you should choose the relevant options to get additional spare parts for these options. The choice of the option is complete if you press "Search with Option".

with serial number N-B21311740030001:

 

Since we used the MLFB of the cabinet, it shows the spare part list of the cabinet unit. There are, depending on your order, different chassis modules.

 

The example MLFB 6SL3710-7LE33-8AA3 is for a S150 converter. This converter consists of Active Interface Module (AIM), Active Line Module (ALM) and a Motor Modul (MoMo). You can choose them by pushing the eyeglasses symbol. These eyeglasses provide a link to the corresponding subcomponent list.

 

The shown spare part list is for the production status of the delivered cabinet.

 

The presales search (without serial number / presales) shows the spare part list of the latest production status. A new device would be delivered with these components. Please note, that there could be incompatibilities with spare part lists for older devices.

The system completes automatically the respective serial number for the corresponding chassis units. Also this list shows the delivery status of the unit; i.e. the cabinet was delivered with these components installed.

A = Production location / factory ID (e.g. N = Nuremberg)
BC = Production period B= Year C= Month (V9 = 2007 September)
1234567 = LIAZ = Order number (e.g. 1215418)
123 = Position in production order (e.g. 010)

Additional information for SINAMIC PERFECT HARMONY GH180

 

For a Presales-Search for a PERFECT HARMONY produced in Nuremberg it is necessary to enter the option Vxx for motor voltage (options V01-V19). This option has to match with the cell size and the power of the converter. If you have no information regarding to the V-Option, you can calculate the motor voltage by using the formula:

U = P (in KW) / I * SQRT(3) * cos(phi) * ETA

For cos(phi) and ETA following default values can be used: 

Cos(phi) = 0,88

ETA       = 0.95

 

The electricity I is encoded in MLFB at position 10:

A = 40A

B = 70A

C = 100A

D = 140A

E = 200A

F = 260A

G = 315A

H = 375A

J = 500A

K = 660A

 

The power P is encoded in MLFB at position 11 to 13:

Example:  MLFB 6SR4102-0GD38-0BG0-Z

 

MLFB Positon 10 = D is equivalent to 140 A
